Our family would drive from Huntsville to Montgomery just to eat here! Now that there is a Huntsville location it is our go to and less drive time!!
So what better way then to throw a party and have it catered by no other then 7 Leguas!!! As usual they did not disappoint! I had them cater for a family gathering I was hosting and had a lot of family coming out of town. The food served was just absolutely delicious.
If your having a party, wedding, gathering call them they have it all and no mess in your kitchen!!!! Thank you 7 Leguas for the outstanding food, service and just making it easy and stress free! -

We had the best experience here. We were visiting our college student and she said this was a good restaurant so we went. I have dietary restrictions and I ordered the julissa salad a certain way. At first it cane back wrong, but my error for not being clear, and when they brought it out the second time, I noticed it didn't have strawberries or tomatoes per the description, so I asked for them and the manager ran to the store to get them for me as they didn't have any! He was so thoughtful and our waiter and all the staff we so attentive. Great service!

They catered a 50 person event at our house and it was fantastic. Luis did an amazing job!

We've been back a few times since my stellar review when they first opened. I gotta say the place is losing it's appeal and quality of service. Maybe we got lucky that first couple weeks, I dunno. Anyway, the food is pretty much always mediocre, just not a lot of flavor. The service is always terrible, slow, and constantly getting our orders wrong. A lot of that is to do with a few of the waitresses not speaking any English so they have to send someone over to translate. I swear to you, this happens every single time. The best thing about this place still is the alcohol. The prices went up a little in the last few months but it's still quite affordable. For that, i'll give it two stars.

We decided to try this restaurant because of yelp reviews. I ordered the chicken fajitas and I was surprised because they had a orange colored tint to them so I figured it was some seasonings, but they tasted good but it didn't taste like seasoning, the beans and rice tasted good. The flour tortillas were not cooked through so I sent back for corn tortillas instead. I also ordered homemade limeade but it lacked lime flavor, too watered down. I also ordered a margarita and it needed more triple sec, it was okay...my husband ordered costillas asadas plate. They lacked seasoning, they were okay too. What I loved was the bright Mexican decor and ambiance. The waiters were very attentive and the music selection was awesome. We want to go back and try other dishes, we saw other people's plates and we might of ordered the wrong entrees. The salsa was also disappointing. They have great happy hour specials, maybe next time I will order a pina colada.
